Are you open on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays?

No, but we do offer the option on booking a more private and exclusive experience on Tuesdays, you can reach out to the salon for after-hours and off-hour services, subject to an additional $75 per hour fee.


Are additional guests, such as children or friends, allowed?

No, according to our policy, no additional people are permitted unless they are receiving a service, including children.


How can I book an appointment?

You can make your appointment via phone (443-563-7188 call/text), in-person, or online. Deposits are required for all appointments, except for follow-up appointments booked while at the salon.


Is it essential to make reservations?

While we strongly suggest booking in advance, you're welcome to contact the salon on short notice as we may have openings or cancellations available, but it is not a guarantee.


Do you provide gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates that are valid for one year. They can be purchased online through the booking site or by phone.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a loss of deposit or a $40 fee, whichever is higher. If the deposit fee is less than $40, the difference will be charged. All cancellation fees must be settled before booking your next appointment.


Do you accept late arrivals?

We strive to deliver prompt and professional service to all our clients. Your punctuality is essential for us to serve you effectively. If you are running late, up to15 minutes, an additional $25 fee will be applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please be aware that your Hair Care Specialist reserves the right to refuse services if your lateness disrupts the timely service of other clients, regardless of the duration of your lateness.


What payment methods do you accept?

We welcome payment in cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.


Do you provide services for men?

Yes, men are serviced in the same area as women unless an after-hours appointment is reserved.
