DoseChic Salon Policies and Procedures


Our Policies & Procedures are set in place to ensure that we are continuously providing our clients with exemplary service. At DoseChic Salon, your safety and satisfaction are our highest priority. Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone due to inappropriate behavior or language, intoxication, or if the state of their health may pose a risk to any Hair Specialists, clients, or any other employees of the salon.


Appointment Day

Please notify our hair specialists if you are pregnant or have any allergies, physical issues or disabilities. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during your appointment, please alert your specialist immediately.


Satisfaction 

If you are not completely content with your service or style, please let us know during your service. If any issues arise post-service, please contact the Salon Manager immediately (443-563-7188). We are committed to making any needed corrections. If we determine that DoseChic Salon was at fault, we will grant the correction to ensure satisfaction. DoseChic Salon reserves the right to decline requests for additional treatments or style modifications once the client leaves the business property.  


Lateness/Cancellation/No-Show

Because we respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee and clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment, be charged the late fee and be rescheduled. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduled appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a $40 cancellation fee. In the case of a no-call/no-show or a missed appointment you will be charged with a fee equaling 25% of the missed service. Two or more missed appointments will result in the client being terminated and barred from receiving services at DoseChic Salon. All fees must be paid prior to the booking of any additional services. 


Reservations for Service  

You may request a reservation via our website or by contacting the salon at 443-563-7188. Please do not contact the Hair Specialists to book your reservation, as we prefer our Specialists to provide their clients with great customer service and undivided attention. Your request will not be honored, if the proper reservation channels are not utilized. 


Your appointment request made via the site will be approved based on the Specialist's availability. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation email/text from DoseChic Salon. A deposit is required for ALL appointments unless booking in the salon directly after your current appointment. A debit/credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the booked appointment. Failure to pay the deposit will result in cancellation of the appointment. 


Retail Purchases 

Please note that all purchases of hair bundles, wigs, hair products, lashes, and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Gift certificates are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable. Please call DoseChic Salon Customer Service concerning lost gift certificates. All gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
